How It Works

Our processing time is between 5-10 working days, this is due to the nature of making bouquets by hand. We often post quicker than this, if you need it urgently just send us a message. We post via Hermes and all parcels are tracked and protected.

How It Works

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with the product then please send us a message below and we will provide the details of how to return to us.

If you choose to return your item as you have changed your mind, then please ensure it is packaged well. If it arrives with us broken, we will not refund the item.

Return postage costs are at the customers expense. We do not provide free returns.

We do not refund initial postage costs on returns as this service will have been paid for to send you the item.

If an item is delivered to a communal area in your apartment building & a photo is taken by our courier service, this is considered delivered and therefore your responsibility to collect. If it is then lost, we can open a claim with the courier service however it is not guaranteed a refund will be given. This decision is made by the courier service.

If you have put the wrong address on the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has been sent, then we cannot change its destination. We can ask for it to be returned however this takes a number of weeks. A second postage cost will be incurred to the customer to repost it out to the correct address. Please check your addresses when you place an order to prevent this occurring.

If you want tracking please send us a message and we will provide you this.The courier service will attempt to deliver your package 3 times, if you are not in on any of these occasions and the item is returned to us, there with be a second postage cost incurred to the customer to resend you your package. Please ensure you use an address where someone will be present during the day to receive the parcel, whether its a home or work address.

Faulty items- Please check over your order and advise us within 30 days if it is faulty. You will be able to get a refund or replacement within this time period. if outside of 30 days, we are unable to refund or replace items.

Dried bouquets and stems- if a small number of stems are broken during the courier process (between 1-3 stems), these will not be replaced. However if the overall product has been damaged during the courier process, please send us a message and this will be replaced.

You can return your product within 28 days as long as it is unused and in its origional condition. We do not refund custom orders, be it bouquets or wreaths.
